The EyeWash bag + pH Neutral is a complete and portable eyewash bag for rapid treatment of eye injuries, wounds, and burns. The bag contains 2 x 250 ml eyewash sprays with 0.9% buffered sodium chloride solution, providing a total of 30 minutes of rinsing time. Plus 2 x 4.2% pH-neutral phosphate buffered solution. <\/p>\n
Each spray provides 15 minutes of rinsing time and is suitable for eye injuries caused by chemicals, dirt or dust. Acid burns generally require around 5 minutes of rinsing, while alkaline burns require at least 20\u201330 minutes. In severe cases, rinsing should continue during transport to an eye specialist. <\/p>\n
pH Neutral is used for emergency rinsing of eyes and skin upon contact with acids, alkalis, or particulate contamination. Rinse for a maximum of 2 minutes! <\/p>\n
The transparent bag makes it easy to see the contents immediately. The bag is equipped with 2 single holders for the 2 spray bottles and comes complete with a wall bracket. It is easy to quickly remove from the wall and bring to the injured person or during transport to medical care. <\/p>\n
In workplaces, the case should be positioned within easy reach where there is a risk of eye injuries so that it can be accessed within seconds. Once a spray bottle has been opened and the seal broken, it should only be used for wound cleansing, cooling burns or rinsing dirt and dust from the eye \u2013 not for severe chemical burns where long rinsing time is required. <\/p>\n
