Pharmagel is a transparent polyurethane gel compress designed for effective treatment and follow-up care of burns. Through its unique composition with 60% water, the dressing creates an optimal moist environment that accelerates the formation of new tissue and reduces the risk of scabs and scarring.

Instructions for optimal healing:
Before application, the wound must be cleaned thoroughly. It is important that the skin around the wound surface is completely dry and clean for the self-adhesive polyurethane film to adhere properly. For more extensive burn injuries, it is recommended to first cool the area with cool water or Burncare for up to two hours before Pharmagel is applied for the continued healing process.
